The first part of the training was held at the First Mentoring Forum of the caravan for young leaders, which started in Skopje.
The young participants learned how to conduct successful public presentation and present themselves to a specific audience. They also gained experience and techniques for building physical and mental immunity. These trainings were under the mentorship of Gere Tripkov and Marija Divitarova.
The second part of the training was focused on individual and group self-advocacy and the participants acquired skills in using legal procedures and mechanisms to achieve positive changes, within the local or municipal level, under the guidance of young lawyers with experience from high state institutions.
The trainers shared experiences that will help the young leaders in the following period to initiate a concrete change for a social challenge.
