The third of five mentoring forum for young community leaders was successfully held in the territory of the Municipality of Bitola, intended for participants from Bitola between the ages of 16 and 24 from secondary municipal or state higher education institutions, within the Zen 2.0 Caravan project organized by The Equality Association. The third of five mentoring forums within the Zen 2.0 Caravan project, organized by the Equality Association, was held in the Municipality of Bitola. Participants aged between 16 and 24 from Bitola took part in the forum, and among the registered participants there were young people from municipal secondary and state higher education institutions: 17% aged 17, 33% aged 20, and 50% at the age of 24 years. 
At the Youth Center in Bitola, on May 31, 2024, 4 participants took part in mentoring trainings for public self-presentation, self-advocacy techniques and mental and physical health, after which they continue to strengthen group dynamics through the process of encouraging a solution to a local issue that is of interest primarily to young people, and then to all other citizens of the Municipality of Bitola. The youth at the Forum at the opening attended mentoring trainings: “Public performance and creative self-presentation” for the improvement of individual communication skills, the training “How to successful individual and group representation” successful self-representation before various institutions and bodies within the framework of the legal order in the country, but also at the international level and the third training entitled “Physical and Mental Immunity” dedicated to techniques and methods for maintaining stable immunity on a physical and mental level. 
The young participants from the Municipality of Bitola showed great enthusiasm and desire to act towards positive social changes and in the coming period they will focus on choosing challenges and solutions in the Municipality of Bitola. 
After the successful forum in the Municipality of Bitola, the Zen 2.0 Caravan continues with preparations for action in the Municipality of Kumanovo and the Municipality of Strumica, further initiating cooperation with organizations working in the field of youth issues, as well as with local authorities in order to implement the proposed solutions.
